The 21st Century UN Major Reform Proposal

The United Nations is for all of us on the planet and therefore all good-hearted and aspiration individuals should be concerned about its development.? Both "peace" and "development",two biggest problems of human beings, are confronting great challenges.? Because the structure of the top hierarchy within the United Nations will affect the fate of human beings, we are proposing major reforms, utilizing the latest sciatic thinking in the new era.

 

　　I. Propose to add "The United Nations of Culture" and to employ such a new structure to resolve the peace problems of human beings!

 

　　"The United Nations of Culture" will be composed of the spiritual and the cultural leaders in the world.? Chinese wisdom encompasses the balancing principle of the Tai-Chi Chart: "Tao is embodied in the parity of a Yin and a Yang."? However, the United Nations in its current structure simply contains the political aspect, which embodies only Yang and lacks Yin.? "Yin alone will not live while Yang alone will not grow."? Without the balanced Yin and Yang, political objectives will not be obtained. ??Only when the political United Nations co-exists with the cultural (spiritual) United Nations as a whole, will it resolve the issues of its authority being weakened and its orders not carried out.

 

　　In the western social structure, the spiritual leaders are equivalent to the chairmen of corporations and the presidents to the general managers.? However, lessons have been learned from the past where the western superpowers launched wars and overrode the United Nations.? In other words, the United Nations could only mediate at the level of the presidents, but not that of the spiritual leaders.? Therefore, the establishment of the United Nations of Politics complemented with the United Nations of Culture will form a structure of the wholeness of Yin and Yang, which will effectively mediate the spiritual leaders among all countries, and only with consistency in mindsets can the presidents in governing be effectively mediated.
